Building Strategic capabilities and competences Case Study
Client:
Alaraby Television Network (ATN) is a UK based Arabic network targeting Arab Youth from age 18 to 35. Operating with single infotainment channel, ATN is targeting to be a consolidated television network serving Arab youth by 2020.
Objective:
This project was intended to provide ATN with a systematic process that identifies talent with appropriate competencies in the recruitment process, to assess the competency gap and intervene appropriately, and to reward employees based on competency-based performance evaluation.
Solution:
The Alaraby TV Competency Framework were implemented in the recruitment and selection:
- performance and appraisals
- talent assessment and development
- succession planning
- training and development
- career management for every employee in Alaraby TV Network.
